Static semiconductor test
Test system STS8760
The STS8760 static power semiconductor test system was specially developed for testing the entire range of semiconductor components. High voltages up to 3000V, high currents up to 2000A at short pulses of >100µs are no problem for this test system.
The system is designed for medium and high power components such as:
- Diodes
- MOSFETs
- IGBTs
- Low voltage to high voltage DUTs.
The STS8760 provides all the instrumentation to perform tests of static semiconductor parameters such as:
- RDS(ON)
- DS-Leakage
- GS-Leakage
- DS Breakdown
The integrated PXI platform and open interface provide expansion options for additional test requirements such as DUT-specific resistor networks or temperature sensors. The test system is supplied with the ready-to-use GTS software package, allowing easy programming of test sequences (GTbuilder) and fast execution in production/test mode (GTengine).
Dynamischer Halbleiter-Test
Test system DTS8765
The dynamic power semiconductor test system DTS8765 was specially developed for testing the entire range of semiconductor components. High voltages up to 1,500V, high currents up to 10,000A with short pulses of >10µs are no problem for this test system.
The system is designed for medium and high power components such as:
- Diodes
- MOSFETs
- IGBTs
- Low voltage to high voltage DUTs.
The DTS provides all instruments to perform tests of dynamic semiconductor parameters, e.g.:
- Saturation test
- Double pulse test
- Desaturated test
- Short circuit test.
